My grandmother Sylvia is known in our region for her high quality quilts. She has finished this gorgeous keepsake quilt for a horse lover.
The main colors are black, brown, and burnt orange. The front cotton material panels were hand-tacked and then machine-sewn by grandma. The backing is a light tan flannel featuring small branches and flowers. The quilt was machine-quilted to adhere the front and back panels to the interior batting. The machine-quilting was done in a diamond and leaf pattern to the stitching to compliment the design.
Quilt measures 77" x 80.5" and is perfect for displaying in your bedroom or living room and using to ward off a chill on movie night!
